Well, well, well.... I was waiting to see if i could do this shyt and get away with it, LOL. No really though so many people spend allll this money on school (including myself) and end up jobless in the end. It's sad, but i been working at the same place since i was 18yrs old and i have seen people come to my job with their masters degree and work the same job as me (a kid who just graduated high school). Graduating college is a great story for some but not so great for others. I just know if i couldn't get a job after college, and i was really trying, and it had been a year to a year and a half; my ass would be right with this lady lol. I hope she wins!!

As most know, P. Diddy brought a whole new level to the word "remix", back in the 90's. He was know for reinventing songs, making you like the song even more, than you the original version. As time went on, it's almost like we got lazy when it came to making a remix. we started leaving the same exact beat, leaving the same verses, and would throw a feature on the song, and label it a remix..SMH. If you know me then you know how big of a Penn State fan I am. Through out the year, I dont miss any Penn State games. I'm either traveling 5 hours to see them play in person or watching them play on T.V. This is mainly because of their star point guard, Talor Battle. This young man is an amazing overall person, athlete and family man and lastly friend. He' s actually more like a little brother to me than a friend; and he is also one of the best PG's in the nation. If you have never heard of him you will by the end of the up coming basketball season, or maybe by the end of this summer, if they bring home the gold. Just recently he was chosen to be 1 of 2 point guards for this years USA Mens university team. After competing with two other great point guards for a spot on the roster; the dream has come true. Making this team is big because he gets to show the world how talented he is, and compete to win a gold medal to bring back for his country to see. I believe they will win it all, especially cause they have an important piece to the puzzle, and his name is Talor Battle. You will see a lot of Penn State/ Talor Battle stuff on this blog. especially when the season start, so get used to it! haha

BELGRADE, Serbia - In an exciting finish to a game that featured 14 lead changes, the 2009 USA Men's World University Games Team (4-0) remained perfect after edging host Serbia (3-1) 68-66 on Tuesday night. Talor Battle (Penn State / Albany, N.Y.) was the USA's leading scorer with 17 points, Da'Sean Butler (West Virginia / Newark, N.J.) finished with 12 and Corey Fisher (Villanova / Bronx, N.Y.) posted eight, including a free throw with 5.3 seconds in the game for the USA's final point of the contest.

The USA will face off against Bulgaria (3-1) in the July 9 medal quarterfinals with the winner advancing to the July 10 semifinals. The gold medal will be contested on July 11. In the other quarterfinals contests, Serbia will play Turkey (4-0), Lithuania (5-0) meets up against Russia (4-1), and Israel (5-0) will tip-off against Germany (2-2). Should the U.S. continue to advance, the American men will face the winner of the Lithuania versus Russia quarterfinal contest.

"A game comes down to what seems like an eternity that last minute, the last 30 seconds, the last nine seconds," said USA and University of Wisconsin head coach Bo Ryan. "But it's all the things that happened before that really are important. In order for us to get accomplished what we want to accomplish, we have to give ourselves a better chance by taking care of the ball and rebounding a little better. They struggled some and we struggled some because both teams were playing so hard against each other. We happened to be two points up, a little more than them, but there are still a lot tougher games ahead."

The game, which saw the U.S. take its highest lead with six points and Serbia own no more than a five-point advantage, was close throughout. The USA trailed after the first quarter, 18-15, but pulled ahead with one second to go before the midway buzzer after Battle drove to the hoop to put the Americans up 37-36.

The third quarter saw both teams score 20 points each, and with 10 minutes remaining in the game, the U.S. was up 57-56.

Serbia, which took advantage of a deafening crowd, put the pressure on defensively and forced the United States to a string of eight missed shots to open the final stanza. After missing its first two shots of the half and coughing up the ball twice, Serbia went ahead 58-57 at 7:42 and two minutes later held a 62-57 advantage. However, the USA never stopped fighting and at 4:40 Fisher drove to the basket for the red, white and blue's first points in the final period. That bucket fueled a spurt that saw Robbie Hummel (Purdue / Valparaiso, Ind.) pull up for a jumper and Battle nail a three as the U.S. went ahead again, 64-62, with less than three minutes to go.

The U.S. never again trailed, however, Serbia would not give in without a final fight. Nemanja Protic hit his second of two free throws at 2:30, making it a one-point game, 64-63.

With 1:36 to go in the contest Battle nailed his final three of the game. But Serbia countered with a three just eight seconds later, and it was again a one-point game, 67-66, with 1:28 remaining.

"Early in the game, coach talked about coming off the ball screen," said Battle. "I was really trying to take my time and focus on getting that guy on my hip and then attacking. I got some easy baskets, and after a while, they started chasing and I was able to step back and hit some threes. I was just playing with a lot of confidence."

After both sides were unable to convert on possessions, Battle drove through a sea of defenders and was fouled going to the basket. With 11.6 seconds to play, Battle missed both of his shots. But the ball was tipped out by Trevor Booker (Clemson / Whitmire, S.C.), who was the USA's leading rebounder with six, and Butler came up with the board, was fouled and sent to the line with 9.5 ticks remaining.

Butler was also unable to make his two tries, but Booker again got a finger on the rebound and tipped it back out. Fisher ended up with the ball and was sent straight to the line. He made the back end, and the hosts took a time out with 5.3 seconds to go.

"I missed a couple of shots tonight, and my teammates picked me up," said Fisher. "When I went to the line I had a lot of confidence. I missed the first, and I was just planning on making the second, and that's what I did. And we got a stop the next play. Everybody has their night, and tonight wasn't my night - tonight was a team night. We won the game. It was a close game, and I missed a free throw, but you just have to move on to the next play."

"I was just hoping we could knock down at least one," said Booker. "And (Corey) Fisher gave us that. That helped us out. They got a timeout and advanced the ball, but we got a stop, and they didn't score."

Mr. Double or Nothin...

Aaron Pegg aka T A Double A.K.A. my college roommate, has finally done it. It's like yesterday, we were in the room procrastinating on doing our school work; instead we would just to randomly freestyle...well he did most of the freestylin, i would just make the beats, either by fruity loops or simply banging on the desk. I have always admired his flow; when i first met him i had no clue in hell that he could rap, but it didn't take long for me to figure this out, because that's about all he did, lol, but I didn't mind because he was really good at it. Lets fast forward about 2 1/2-3 years, After several years of rapping, and not really taking it serious; he has finally decided to take his skill to the next level by becoming serious with it. How do i start this? "this is bad, real bad...mike Jackson" I really don't know what to say, who knew i would be watching the story of Micheal Jackson "death of an icon" today? This was something very unexpected, I bet you didn't think you would hear news like this when you awoke this morning. At first I thought it was a joke, but coming from the person who told me, I knew this was no joke, I just didn't want to believe it. He is and will always be the King of Pop, none could never take his place, he meant so much to the music world as well as the real world. As a young kid i still remember my uncles playing Micheal Jackson records, especially the album Bad. i remember us playing the album listening to Dirty Diana, BAD, while we played duck hunt on Nintendo or world class track meet (i think that's what it was called) its the Nintendo game with the power pads and you race and do Olympic stuff. I remember listening to smooth criminal, which is my joint, while playing the game Moonwalker, on the which was my shyt! I probably could go on forever with stories, but that would take me a while. Let his name live on in a positive way, not in the way of half of the text i got this morning; people come up with some wild stuff sometimes, that's another story though, I'm going keep it positive. You thought we had it bad with George Bush in America??? Well that's because you probably have never been to Iran. I cant act like i know everything that is going on in details, but i do know that it's serious business. I do know that there is a tremendous amount of violence and riots by the citizens of Iran I do know that there is a lot of innocent people dying and its all because of the latest election, which has been said to have been rigged. Supporters of the Favorite, Mir Hossein Moussavi, say that he was robbed of a victory in the June 12 elections, leaving the people, again, with the tyrant Iranian President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. This is sad because even though our system is somewhat corrupt, "We the people" are ultimately in control, this has never been more evident now that we have our first African American president. The people in Iran obviously had no chance against the Iranian government. It's a shame and very disturbing how many people are senselessly dying over what they believe to be right. I can only sit back and pray and ask God to help those who cannot help themselves, and sit back and expect the best. And you should Too.

I like to start off and asks, if you remember back in the days when we were kids on aim, and maybe, just maybe it was cute of us to go in chat rooms and meet girls or boys and develop some type of Internet " relationship" and even then most of us never took it as far as actually meeting the person. Damn those BORING Spurs


Sorry for being Bias..NOTTTTT, I can't stand the spurs, but this isn't about me hating them, its more about the trade that went down today. The Spurs traded Kurt Thomas, Bruce Bowen and Fabricio Oberto for Richard Jefferson. This is what i call a steal for the spurs and a lost for the Bucks. I believe that Richardson will give them that edge they've been craving for. They have a lot of talent, but its just so damn boring to watch, I'm sorry. Now the people who stole it, are facing three years in prison SMH. Now i know what you're thinking, who the hell gets three years for stealing a bike?!!? Avira for A Vi-rus....F8 edition

I was thinking the other day, damn i have had my computer for almost 6 years! (def time for a new one) BUT my baby still treats me with a great amount of respect. I have downloaded over 20,000 songs on my computer ( ((Cough)) all from iTunes or some other site where i ((cough)) PAID for them,lol) I have several movies, and my computer has yet to crash. That's not to say that it have never caught some type of virus, but i always take care of it immediately. But a couple of weeks ago it caught a real bad virus. To get rid of it I traditionally tried these anti-virus programs that i always use, so it made me mad as hell because for once they weren't working! Therefore I had every right to believe that my computer was slowly dying from old age. So I was like forget this, I'm not taking care of it anymore; I then took about 2.5 weeks off my comp,and just used my friends laptop. One day while my friend really needed the laptop, and i really needed the laptop, I had an epiphany!...maybe if i run the anti-virus program in safe mode on my computer I'll get rid of this virus and get my baby back...well WA-LA, it worked, i was happy, because once again I saved my computer from its cancer; and thought to myself, I should be a doctor 8)

How it's done.

First download the anti-virus program from here, for FREE http://download.cnet.com/Avira-AntiVir-Personal-Free-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10322935.html?tag=contentBody;mostPopTwoColWrap

Run the set up, and then run the program. If you still have a virus then run it in SAFE MODE.

To run in safe mode start computer over, at start up screen the F8 key, when in safe mode run program again, this should do it!

**It's recommended to always run your anti-virus programs in Safe mode to begin with***

You know how when you really want to see a movie, and people hype it up sooo much with the " its the scariest movie ever!" or the "this movie is the best movie ever" and last but not least, the "this is the funniest movie ever" and then you go to the movies with such high expectations, that by the time the movie is over you're like "eh it was OKAYYY, it wasn't all that" knowing damn well if nobody ever said anything, than you probably would of thought that the movie was great. Well "The Hangover" isn't one of those movies, don't believe me? Well let me hype it up for you. This is one of the funniest movies i have ever seen in my life! I was crying during the movie. Trey Songz.....So Far Gone?

Not necessarily, but it seems as if the big homey Trey has taken lessons from Mr. October himself, especially when it comes to making a hot mixtape and giving it away to the people. I Mean by default its no where near on the level of Drakes mix tape titled "So far gone". But it should definitely give him a bigger buzz before his album drops sometime in August. I have to be honest, i was not that big of a fan of trey songz, not until he started destroying everybody else beat causing me to slowly forget who the original artist on that song was. Heard of Mayer Hawthorne, i mean, i have but I'm pretty sure that you haven't. This guy from Ann Arbor is dope, he has his own style he's original and more importantly he has something that is hard to come by these days; and that is SOUL. Oh did i forget to mention that he was white? I'm just saying. I know we have a Justin Timberlake already but this guy is in a category all by himself. I love the uniqueness and originality that he could bring to the industry. He is not signed to a major label yet, but my uncle (who is an A&R @ Columbia Records)Told me that they were giving him a good look, and they really like what they see. So hey you never know, why don't give him a look and remember to be open minded, it's a great growing tool!

First off i am a Laker extremist, but i don't plan on torturing my followers with my Kobe/Laker insanity. But i would like to first congratulate the Los Angles Lakers on winning the 2008-2009 NBA championship and Kobe Bryant(one of the GOATS) on winning finals MVP. It was a hard,long road, and we faced some very tough teams. Some may call it luck, The ignorant might say we didn't have to fight for the title, i say it was the inevitable, and a good TEAM effort, so with that said...Congratulations L.A.!
